By accessing or using Kiln (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kiln provides a SaaS platform with authentication, billing, dashboard, and analytics features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
- Resell access to the Service without authorisation
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kiln and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiln shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
